    "I can't help it, man!" Scout groaned, his frustration finally boiling over. "It hurts! I can't focus on the mission when I'm carrying around a—"

    "Spare me the biological specifics," Medic snapped, though there seemed to be a flicker of something else in his eyes.
    He stepped closer. "This is the third time this week I have seen you behaving like a dog in heat. It is unbecoming of a professional mercenary."

    "Then help me!" Scout blurted out. The Medic stared at him, the silence stretching thin and tense. Then, a small, tight smile curled the corners of his mouth. A very unsettling smile. It was the smile he gave before a particularly painful experiment.

    "Very well," Medic’s voice suddenly turned soft. "If you cannot control yourself, then I shall have to intervene."

    . . .

    Or: Scout has been painfully horny, so Medic tries to mediate the situation. It seems Scout likes to be taken care of, so much so, he slips up by calling Medic "Mommy"... Oh, what to do with that information?
