“We have all the time in the world!” Ilyukhina says, in disbelief.

The entire crew of the Hail Mary survives the trip to Tau Ceti. There's just one problem: Ryland Grace is the only one who wakes up on time. He can't remember the first thing about himself, much less how to fix his crew's failing life support systems— not to mention the astrophage crisis!
Luckily for him, Ilyukhina, Yáo, and Rocky turn out to be excellent company for an interstellar mission.
