In the year 54 AC, Aerea Targaryen claimed Balerion the Black Dread. In year 55 AC, she was dead. Foreverafter, it was forbidden for a Valyrian child under 15 years of age to claim a dragon greater than 50 years of age, for it was feared that the child would not have the willpower to command a grown beast.
In 120 AC, Aemond disobeys the rules and claims Vhagar.
It does not go well.----

Summary
On October 31, 1981, a piece of the Dark Lord Voldemort's soul was ripped away from the whole and found a new home within his mortal enemy, the infant named Harry James Potter. When his secret is revealed to Lucifer Morningstar, a Caregiver longing for another Little since Charlie grew up, the King of Hell does not hesitate to jump at this opportunity.
