Diluc leans against the brick wall. "Sorry to disappoint."
Childe shrugs, then moves his hand close enough to Diluc's mouth that he can take the cigarette back, offering him a haphazard smile. "Never said I was. How's the wrist?"
Absently rolling the joint of his left wrist in his opposite hand, Diluc nods towards the pavement. It is slick with rain and glows gold from the streetlights, but beneath his boots, it's dark and inky, and he feels as if he'll sink into it at any moment.
"It's fine." Diluc replies. "Not much has changed since we last talked."
With a gentle nudge, Childe knocks his arm against Diluc's shoulder, his hands shoved into the pockets of his worn jeans. "No, no, a lot has. You're older, Diluc. You're not that cute little kid with the tortoise socks and the scraped knees anymore."

whenever 007n7 passed by the bathroom after elliot excused himself to use it, he swore he could hear.. weird, gross, wet noises. his mind would've gone somewhere else had he not heard gagging and choking along with said wet noises. and the sound of vomit splashing into the toilet. he didn't question it- maybe he was just sick, seeing as he didn't seem to feel all too well a lot.
but.. it was too often this happened. too often he passed by the bathroom, only to hear elliot sputtering and gasping for breath as he threw up his food. he tried knocking on the door, calling for elliot, asking if he was okay and whatnot.
"i'm fine..! just.. cleaning up!"
he didn't believe elliot, of course. how could he? with all the times he's walked past the bathroom to hear gags and choking and vomiting, there's no way he could.
or;
elliot has an eating disorder . the person he hates most (DEBATABLE) is the person who cares most .
