Summary
After the war, Hermione and Draco had a relationship during their 8th year. When the year ended, Draco left for France to pursue a Potions Mastery, while Hermione moved in with Harry and Ron. With distance no longer an issue, Hermione and Ron rekindled their relationship, eventually marrying. But Ron, had a particular kink, he enjoyed the idea of Hermione being with other men. Knowing about Ron’s kink, Hermione continued her secret rendezvous with Draco whenever he visited London, although she kept these encounters hidden from Ron, knowing he would never approve of her being with someone he still viewed as "Death Eater Scum." When Ron eventually discovered the truth, his jealousy flared, but his desire for Hermione's unfaithfulness ultimately overpowered his resentment.
Now, 7 months after their wedding, Hermione is attending a work conference and invited Draco to meet her, knowing Ron was eager for her to rekindle the affair, after Draco had ended things with her before her wedding to Ron. While Draco was initially tempted, he declined, suggesting they catch up in the spring instead. But with a change in Draco’s plans, Hermione might just end up with what she wanted all along after all.
