Dean kept silent, but he cursed under his breath when he lost any ounce of dignity left in him, pushing against Sam’s tapered fingers creeping gently under his chin, feeling so damn relieved. Sam accepted his offer for now; he slightly lifted his brother’s face, but Dean focused on keeping his gaze down, letting his long lashes tremble the right way, confiding in their power.

Sam and Dean meet in Heaven; Sam recalls how he had a hard time living after his brother's passing. During that time, he's afraid he won't reach Dean in Heaven if he breaks the promise to carry on. So he prays, getting three different answers from three different ghosts (past, present and future, like in A Christmas Carol) that give him three different perspectives on life: fatalistic, omniscent, hopeful.

Vash sighs heavily, putting his foot down. Somehow, everything tucks back neatly where it came from. “It just makes me feel better about myself, alright? It’s the only good looking thing on me.” Wolfwood goes to argue, but Vash stops him. “And yeah, a little bit.”
By the time Wolfwood can think of something to say, Vash has his pants back on. “Are you getting any more?”
