One moment is all it took for everything to spiral downhill for Aidan, he tried his best to be a good person, he had married, had a child, did everything he was told he was supposed to do, didn't really matter he supposed when, in the end, he had still made several deals with the devil. It wasn't completely Aidan's fault, he was young, desperate, scared, and didn't really know the consequences of what he wanted. His hands are forever stained in the blood that built him and he will never forget the monster he had become.

Summary
The first year the Hunt was held, everyone assumed it was some sort of jest or formality. Get the key from around the Omega’s neck and you earned the right to remove the collar protecting his scent glands and to claim him.
They’d shown up drunk and in their formal party clothes to find Alastor, the Omega in question, dressed like he was going to war. Some of them never fully recovered.
And so it went, year after year. The pretty, willowy Omega putting Alpha after Alpha in their place. Alastor and his realm were prizes that would elevate even the poorest of kingdoms to dizzying heights. His continued untouchability only fed the flames of desire for both, and the competition became ever steeper.
