“Let’s do something for Aki.”
“Like what?”
“You said cake is what people use to celebrate a birthday. Let’s make him one.”
“And get my delicate hands dirty? No. Plus my legs are stuck inside the couch.” Power says, her posture slouched into the couch, Meowy resting on her chest, her legs extended out from the couch stiffly. Denji is accustomed to impulsive lies, so he remarks with an almost rhetorical question for Power.
“So, you would much rather cut and eat vegetables for dinner tonight?” His statement immediately causes Power’s eyes to widen, her pupils wired in shock.
“Let’s move phoney human!”
OR
After finding out that today is Aki's birthday, Denji and Power decide to make a cake him, but it does not go exactly as planned...and Aki is not pleased when he arrives home.
