Pawbert Lynxley spent his whole life seeking his father's love. When that love never came, he made a choice — a terrible, premeditated choice that nearly killed Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde. Now he sits in a holding cell, abandoned by the family he sacrificed everything to please, facing a kill order from his own father.
He deserves to rot. Everyone knows it.
Except those assigned to protect him don't see a monster. They see a mammal who was taught that love has a price, and who paid it in full — only to be discarded.
We Can Fix Pawbert is a 104-episode, 5-season series exploring what happens after a villain's fall. It asks whether someone who did monstrous things for love can learn to be loved differently. Whether apology and forgiveness are separate journeys. Whether found family can replace what was never truly there.
Real consequences. Real deaths. Real love. You aren't too damaged to be loved. You never were.

What if Pawbert Lynxley stopped?
In the weather wall control room, Pawbert has already done the worst of it. Judy Hopps is paralyzed on the floor with his venom in her neck, and Gary De'Snake is freezing on the grating outside. The anti-venom is in his fanny pack, the door is right there, and all he has to do is walk through it.
A dying rabbit grabs his ankle. Nine words, and the weakest lynx makes a different choice.
This is a standalone What If episode from the WCFP Universe, told through the lens of Marvel's Watcher. No knowledge of the series required — only Zootopia 2.

Fic based on the "We Can Fix Pawbert Universe". Decided that, such a loving pack could get more fluffy and angsty. So I'm throwing in a cub they can adopt. Complete with a 5th Incident to add to the Pack's CV's.
Say hello to the 13 year old Lynx kit, Nekos. Life has been a roller coaster the past month, with disaster and recovery and getting adopted. But all good things must come to an end. He’s survived being scratched, kit-napped (twice!), starved, shot, beaten up, aggressively hugged, smothered in affection by three sets of grandparents, survived over a dozen rabbit kits coercing him into playing something called ‘hide and seek’ and even MORE affection by everyone. He feels like he’s ready for anything now!
Even for his biggest challenge ever.
Public Middle School.
He’s ready for this. He’s watched a movie with the pack and read some books to understand and research how school works, so he feels pretty ready.
He isn’t looking forward to the song and dance routines that were in the movies, but he’s willing to try! (No one correct him on that assumption).
