Summary
After Wei Ying gets kicked out of the Jiang’s he's left homeless and wandering from town to town searching for a University that’ll let him enroll. Eventually he finds himself stranded in Yiling with no money for food or housing. Mind spiraling with despair he decides to hide away in a forest only to be found by a young cub determined to save him. He is introduced to Wens, who quickly adopts him and helps him get on his feet and even continue his studies. With their help his life takes a turn for the best, he’s happy and loved with his new family. The only problem being the wolf hybrid that visits the cafe he works at, every time the wolf appears he must endure their unnerving stares. Is he being stalked?

Summary
Sokka's dislike for the spirits came from a traumatic childhood. His mother was killed and his father left him. Being the only warrior in the village was hard, he had to single-handedly train the kids to track, fish and fight. Even traveling with the avatar and all his spiritual magic only further grew his dislike for the spirits. Especially, when he couldn't even talk to Katara or Aang during every full moon.

“Welcome to Howlers, thanks for choosing us for your intimate dining experience tonight.” Keith parrots the usual spiel in a complete and utter monotone, only emphasizing the parts he’d been trained to. He watches in irritation as the alpha looks up at him suddenly, apparently shocked he hadn’t noticed his approach. A wide smile dawns on the alpha’s face, beaming and bright, entirely too amicable for a stranger greeting a stranger. Keith sighs under his breath. “What can I get for you?”
“Well, I was thinking-”
“I’m not on the menu.” Keith interjects suddenly, perhaps with a bit more sharpness than he should have, but his patience is wearing thin tonight. The alpha seems taken aback for all of a second, before a quiet chuckle escapes his too soft, too pink lips. Keith’s eye twitches. “You’ve only used that line three times now, it’s getting a little predictable.”

Their fingers are interlaced, and they can't pull them apart. "You know, I wasn't expecting this, but isn't it odd? It's obviously a curse, but so far, it's not harmful."
Oh, it is harmful, Lan Wangji thinks through a spinning head as he feels Wei Wuxian twist their hands this way and that, testing the limits of the curse. It is most certainly harmful.

A curse brings Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji together—literally.
(tl;dr a curse makes teen!wwx and teen!lwj hold hands. lwj, who is very much in denial about his feelings, tries his best not to panic and wwx decides that Operation: Make Lan Zhan My Best Friend is a GO. hilarity ensues)

Despite this, and despite the fact that he can’t remember the last time he heard from his family, Lance still holds out hope for finding them. Keith, on the other hand, thinks holding out hope for anything is useless. He hasn’t had the best of luck with depending on people in his life, after all. Which is maybe why it’s so surprising when he finds himself depended on Lance and everyone else they come across.
