Summary
When William James Moriarty starts coughing, he believes he simply caught a cold. He fell ill soon after the Noahtic, after all. It was logical to assume that he caught something from one of the hundreds of passengers.
However, when he starts coughing up blood and flower petals, he decides to finally see a doctor. He's confused and scared, unsure of what could possibly be wrong with him. As the days progress and the disease slowly eats away at William's lungs, he must face his biggest fear: Sherlock Holmes being the man he's in love with. Sherlock can't be the one he's in love with.
