Summary
After the final climax between Uzi and companions and their victory over CYN. Things gradually go back to what the drones could call normal. Life moves on, the drones continue their lives behind the three doors.
Until a bright light flashes across the sky almost a year later. N and V think its another ship like the ones they came in. They were only half right...
JC Jenson had detected the final battle over long range scans of the planet. generally new holes being put in a planet and massive solver signatures don't go unnoticed. but they couldn't be *bothered* to spend the money to send a proper team to investigate. oh no no no! instead they bring a certain boy out of cryosleep they left in a busted shuttle in high orbit because the profit margin for bringing him home when the planet core collapsed vs leaving him in the ship and just marking his evac shuttle as *destroyed* looked a lot better money wise. Little did they know they had signed their own wills.
follow the tale of Andrew hale, almost a year after CYNs defeat, and the first actual human from JC Jenson to set foot on copper nine in over 30 years. And the sole survivor of the planetary core collapse on copper nine.

Summary
One month ago, a certain landing pod lifted off, veering into the horizon, and with it went J into the unknown. N is worried. Can his former leader make it out there all by herself? V is uncertain. What will become of J when left to her own devices? Uzi is relieved. For now, that is one less problem for the colony to worry about.
A thousand miles away, an isolated disassembly drone prepares to make her triumphant return to Outpost-3. However, a month of isolation has certainly done a number on her, both physically and mentally. Oh well, one problem at a time, as Tessa would say...

Summary
Khan dies not too long after Nori, and Uzi is left alone. The drone child quickly falls into disrepair, becoming rusted and glitchy. Uzi is only barely able to survive, she is forced to change herself in ways no Worker Drone ever has before.
J knows that her coworkers are lonely. As much as she refuses to admit it, she was lonely as well. So when N brings in a strange Disassembly Drone who seems to have just as isolated a life as the rest of them, who is she to turn them away?

Mono only rolled his eyes. “I meant, you’ve got a point. I do want to know the reason behind her stupid decision. So fine! I’ll follow you until I get to ask her…”
“Oh, that’s great!”
“And kill her after...” he deliberately mumbled it loud enough so Viola could hear him.
She shot him a death glare.
“What? I was joking! Can’t a guy make a silly joke about killing his betrayer he once called a friend?” Mono smiled innocently as if that joke wasn’t dark itself.
“That’s my mom you’re talking about, so you better be joking.” She put her hand on Mono’s shoulder. “Or else I’m gonna have to bury two bodies instead of one.” Viola patted him on the back and walked away.
Now it was her turn to smile oh-so-innocently.
