  Uh i am 100% projecting. I am purely going off my own experience with chronic pain as someone without a proper diagnosis. Shrimpo also wont have a name on what hes suffering from, this is just gonna be Shrimpo realizing that constant body pains isnt normal and being too stubborn to admit that he might need help
  I only came up with this because i played as him for a while and realized that hes kinda real for those stats
