Summary

Modern AU Franchaela, with characterisation kept close to canon. All of the Bridgertons will make an appearance.
Francesca Bridgerton thought Spain was over. She thought Michaela Stirling belonged to the holiday: to sunlit streets, late-night bars, warm skin, dangerous smiles, and the kind of wanting Francesca had never quite known what to do with before.
Then her dog gets hurt, and the vet who walks through the clinic door is Michaela.
They find each other again in London, but the reunion is far from simple. Francesca has questions she never asked. Michaela has grief she never explained. Between them sit missed messages, wrong assumptions, and all the things they were not brave enough to say before goodbye.
Spain was supposed to be temporary.

No, really,” Samira presses, eyes wild with anger as Emery shakes her head and starts to turn away. “What the fuck is your problem? Please enlighten me.”
“You are my problem, if you must know,” Emery snarls, wheeling on her. “You think you can just waltz in here with your fancy new contract and expect everyone to love you. Well, guess what, Samira? I’m not everyone else. I can’t stand you.”
Samira's goal since she was a little girl has always been to play for the USWNT, and transferring to Pittsburgh just might get her there. As a seasoned veteran, Emery's determined to regain her captaincy this season after an ACL tear almost ended her legendary career.
The only problem is they both want the same starting position.

“Well, hello, little bird,” the woman coos, bringing her other hand up to tug at a loose curl that has escaped from Samira’s bun. “What are you doing out of your cage? I thought you were told not to play with me,” she asks coyly, tilting her head. Any breath Samira had left leaves her body, her brain frantically searching for a way out of this. She should have known the vampire’s senses would be at their peak after a feeding. Of course the woman knew she was coming.
Emery lives victim to victim, always wondering who she'll seduce to sink her teeth into next. Samira is desperate to prove her importance to the organization as a new coven enters the city. A collision between the two puts everything at stake.

Eve cannot recall what her flowers looked like in the slightest. They were probably nice.

Eve has a quite average life if you ask her, she works an office job, she goes out for drinks on Friday, and she's marrying a math's teacher. All the trappings of a life destined for predictability. At least that is until her wedding when she encounters a florist who she finds herself running into over and over again. It's not like the intrusion is unwelcome.
