Will hesitates. “Yeah, I mean— I guess I just sort of…pictured myself with a date.”
“Oh,” Mike says, a little surprised. He doesn’t really know how to talk to Will about this part of him yet. He usually avoids the topic—unlike their friends—and waits for Will to bring it up first.
“It’s…stupid, I know.”
“No!” Mike says quickly. “No, nothing’s stupid.” Suddenly, an idea comes to him. “What if you and I go together?”
Will has always wanted to go to Prom with a date. And Mike—well, Mike doesn’t have a date, but he does have an idea.

Summary
“I don’t think that it has to mean that you’re into guys,” Lucas says. His words are accompanied by a casual shrug, and said in the tone of someone who has clearly already given this subject some thought. Will doesn’t know what to do with that information. Jump from a building, maybe. “I mean, we’d all get flustered if Spider-Man carried us in his arms.”
Mike points to him enthusiastically. “Thank you, Lucas.”
Dustin looks between the two of them, his eyes narrowed.
“...Would we?”
“Sure,” Mike concludes. “He’s attractive. That’s not a weird thing to think.”
Will just barely resists the urge to bang his head against the table. He feels Dustin’s eyes glued to his burning face, and sinks even further down his chair.
In which Mike tells Spider-Man that he has a crush on his best friend, and Will jumps to some very wrong conclusions.

In any other universe, Will would probably have sputtered and started panicking like a child that’s lost their parents in a grocery store. "Can I ask you something kind of personal" is the question every queer kid dreads hearing from others, even people that they know and trust with their whole heart. Truth be told, Will didn’t feel completely at ease with the question, but considering today’s events, he tried to push his fear down. He felt like he’s been almost stripped bare of all his secrets after his confession. Almost.
“Yeah, of…of course, what’s up?”
Mike hesitated a moment, looking down at the carpet. He tapped his toes inside of his shoes. “Who the hell is Tammy?”

“Mike—” Will exclaims, the name tearing out of him on pure reflex. He jerks back from his mom too fast, standing up as his heart lurches violently, hands coming up uselessly like he needs something to do with them. “I—”

Tommy wasn't stupid.
He knew what his family did whenever they made excuses of overtime shifts and plans with friends.
From the videos online, their mechanisms were the same regardless of what costumes or masks they wore. He recognised their styles of speech and the insults they threw at heroes. Beyond the voice modifiers, Tommy could tell.
His family were villains.
But he didn't care. Because they were his family. Even if they didn't know he knew.
So why did they continue to lie to him?

Wilbur, muttering something, placed it on the counter. Tommy inwardly sighed in relief. Even with his gloves, he couldn’t risk it, not any type of contact.

They seem to realise what they’re doing at the exact same moment. Tubbo yanks his hands away, like he’s been burned. Tommy flinches away in turn.
“You’re supposed to be dead,” Tubbo repeats.
Tommy, unable to help himself, dryly replies: “Yeah, I’m starting to gather that.”
Tubbo reels back and punches him, hard, right in the eye.
So, some things could go through the green glass door. Grass, but not flowers. A happy person, but not a sad one.

The Angel shakes his head. “T- The kid doesn’t know anything,” he says, and it almost sounds like a plea. “I swear.”
“Tommy,” the man prompts again, “Tell me the identities of The Syndicate, then you're free to go."
Tommy freezes.
“I’m sorry?” He sputters.
“He doesn’t know!” Siren shouts.
“Do you seriously expect me to believe that?!"

Tommy would’ve gladly escaped out the realm of his shackling body and into the depths of his utmost desires, if not for the gun etching into the front of his skull. He’d try to think back to what past him—days ago—was thinking when he called that number, when he played that game, when he stupidly conversed with that rich fuck.
As he’s brought out of his thoughts by the shot of a gun go off and a body, not even 5 feet away from him, drop helplessly to the ground. Tommy couldn’t help but flinch, as his motions grew more careful yet manic after that display. There’s no way he’s gonna fuckin’ die here over a stupid sugar cookie. The Great TommyInnit rebukes the thought of dying so lamely, (While another part can’t help but feel relief at the thought of feeling the sweet release of death).
‘..Theseus.. ?’
On the other end of the gun Techno can’t help but let himself panic—just a bit—at the sight of his little brother subjected to these wicked games. A million thoughts raced towards him, as if there were multiple people in his head, screaming at him all at once. As he watched his poor little brother sweat and panic through the lingering smell of despair and death, Techno couldn’t help but wonder, why them.
