Crocodile has tentatively employed Buggy but he has yet to really dress for the job. Crocodile tells him to dress like a secretary, but he has no idea what that means. The outfit he wears the next day is enough to leave Crocodile distracted, and combined with Buggy's unintended teasing, he can't help but to take a closer look ;)
