Summary
Eddie’s love life is a mess, between his nocturnal lifestyle as a radio host and his self sabotaging tendency with dating, it’s a train wreck. It doesn't help that he’s pretty sure he’s been in love with Steve for the last ten years. Not that he would tell anyone that. Living on a different coast doesn’t make it easier, not when he knows Steve’s tuning in to his show every night.
At 35 Steve is content, he’s got his own hair studio, his best friend and a cat that tolerates him as long as he keeps bringing it tuna. He has his routine and his long standing friendly rivalry with Eddie to keep him sane.
That is until Dustin drops the bomb that he’s getting married, and suddenly his world is turned upside down. He’s going to have to really start looking at the reason he’s constantly got Eddie on his mind.- Language:

Summary
Five years after a messy divorce, Eddie has made a life for himself and his kids in a revitalized Hawkins. Corroded Coffin's record label is taking off. Professionally? He's got it together. Personally? He's struggling. Wayne's recovering from a stroke, his twins have hit the ferocious fours, and his oldest son won't talk to him. He needs help, but can't ask for it.
After a career ending injury and the loss of his wife, Steve is also back in Hawkins. The change will be good for 11-year-old Sami. They were adrift in Chicago, at odds with each other and the world, and unable to talk across the gulf of grief between them. At a crossroads, he lets Robin and Chrissy set him up with a job: looking after Eddie's house and kids and helping with Wayne's PT.
It's bound to be awkward, but it's been sixteen years since Steve and Eddie broke each other's hearts, and they're adults now. Surely they can make it work. Their lives collide, and old wounds come to the surface, but when Jason Carver comes back to town with a vendetta against Robin and Chrissy, and a plan to destroy what Hawkins has become, Steve and Eddie must band together to help their family, and their town, survive.

Summary
mutualism [myü-chə-wə-ˌli-zəm] · noun
the doctrine that mutual dependence is necessary to social well-being
Eddie Munson has a body that can bend, a body that can break, a body that can piece itself back together over and over again. He can’t help but seek out every thrill his newfound immortality brings, running away from danger no more. And when he first sees Steve again, he knows exactly what he needs from him.
Steve Harrington has a body made of rage, a body made of his father’s temper, a body made of explosives itching for a light. He can’t help but fight and claw his way to what he thinks may be a less lonely world with bloody knuckles and a half-crazed smile. And when he first sees Eddie again, he knows exactly what he wants from him.
Against all odds, they somehow make it work. This is, after all, a love story.
