It makes the pup at his feet squirm, hidden by the camera angle. He waits and waits as Neuvillette addresses his patrons with courtesy, a persona built to entice the upper echelons of Fontaine’s richest.
Neuvillette pays him no mind, talking as if he doesn’t have one of the most sought out men in Fontaine on his knees. It makes the pup shiver, to be ignored like this. Whether or not he likes the feeling is yet to be examined. Despite that, his heart craves for it like a pack of smokes, addictive in the worst ways. It burns down his throat but it feels so, so good.
