Aizawa Shouta was not a rested person by nature and was typically a very sleep deprived middle schooler, to the point his thoughts were fuzzy for a long time upon waking up, it took half the day for him to remember any plans made the night before, and it was a fifty-fifty chance as to whether he would fall back asleep upon first waking up or not.
Yamada Hizashi, by nature, was a very bright and cheerful person and often found himself enjoying the spontaneity that life provided; such as finding himself swapping bodies with someone who he had never met. The fact his switches with Aizawa Shouta had been ongoing for a year, happened at random times, and left doctors utterly baffled was nothing more than a fun adventure, in his eyes.

Aizawa Shouta was tagged with a quirk that forces him to switch bodies with Yamada Hizashi, a kid his age who he had never before met. As life goes on, however, and the switches persist through their childhood and adult life, he finds that switching with Hizashi may have been more of a blessing than a curse; something others see as well.

Summary
The premise of this world is that Dabi comes across Stain on the streets early and they team up to become the Hero Killers, plural, long before the League. They end up accidentally rescuing Shouto from Endeavor and then sort of taking him and Hitoshi in (long story). It’s also an A/B/O where Shouto has been severely abused by Endeavor, and the HPSC is super corrupt, and Hitoshi’s quirk gets progressively stronger and stronger the more he pushes it. There are some dark themes here, but the outcomes will be HAPPY ENDINGS.

After a moment of just staring at each other, Shouto gets up and goes over to their ratty couch, almost flopping onto it as he hugs Dabi tightly. Hitoshi joins him not a moment later, latching onto him like the little leech he is too. Dabi sighs one of his long suffering, what-have-I-gotten-myself-into sighs as he hugs them. He’s tempted to deflect from the seriousness of the mood by switching topics, by bringing up Shou’s impending thirteenth birthday, or by cracking a joke…
But in the end he doesn’t.
It sucks, but they need to be at least somewhat prepared for the idea that when Dabi does go out, it won’t be glory, but it’ll be a blaze.

Divergences from about chapter 322
After accidentally getting affected by a bodyswap quirk, Hawks ends up stuck in the body of his last hook-up, Dabi, and must play the part of the villain if he wants to find his way back to his own body. Alongside Spinner, Toga, and the All for One controlled Shigaraki - all of whom bear deep, lethal hatred for Hawks - he won't have an easy time getting away from them quietly in order to return to the heroes.
Dabi, meanwhile, wakes up at UA in Hawks' body, surrounded by teenagers who have no clue that the man stuck in Hawks' body is Todoroki Touya. They just think he's some random ex of Hawks'. Considering it in his best interest to stay lowkey, Touya plays the part of the civilian while spending far too much time with his kid brother and his hero student friends, not to mention their teachers and the other pro heroes who would throw him in jail for the next century if they knew who he was.
While they wait to find each other so they can get back into their normal bodies, Dabi and Hawks must learn to live in each other's bodies, navigate their relationships with the people around them, and somehow cope with seeing the other man's face in the mirror every day.
