Concepts that shouldn't war with each other constantly seem to be in conflict for Rodolfo and Kyle. One raised as royalty who seeks the privilege of nobility. One raised as nobility who is thrown into the intense game of royalty. Both know the importance of dancing around sensitibilities, but gods... it's never felt more difficult.
For others, like Roach, he just wants freedom. He's not interested in the games one had to play in order to survive at court. He's not interested in status or capital or... anything else. He wants the freedom to self determine. Or at least some fucking privacy.
An omega's battlefield is always domestic.
