Summary
Will scrambled out of the bed, tripping in his panic and hitting the floor with a deafening thud. Mike gasped- a real, lucid gasp, and sat up.
“Wha- Will? Are you-” He said, clearly confused and barely awake.
“Fine-” Will interrupted, voice three octaves higher than normal. He scrambled to his feet, keeping his front angled away from Mike and rushing towards the door.
“What’re you-” Mike cut himself off this time and as Will opened the door to the hall he couldn’t help but glance back briefly.
Mike’s hair was a mess, and he’d frozen half-way through sitting up. A stunned and abashed expression on his face that could only mean he’d realized what state his body was in.
“B-bathroom.” Will replied hastily darting out into the hall.

Schlatt stared up at his roommate unimpressed. Ted grinned at the challenge.
“Real eager to accept that dare, weren’t you.”
“Real eager to suggest it.” Schlatt retorted. He was determined not to lose. The competitive edge that always caused friction was the highest it had ever been, and Charlie wasn’t in the room to mediate their back-and-forth this time.

“I thought you weren’t into guys.” Schlatt said, searching for a scrap of reality to ground him.
“I’m not. It’s a favor to a friend, it’s different.” Ted said, like it was the most normal thing in the world.
“It’s weird.” Schlatt said.
“It’s not.” Ted replied, “Unless you're into guys?”
“You know I’m not.” Schlatt said, an unexplained prickle of annoyance flared at the suggestion.
“Then it’s not weird.” Ted said simply.
Schlatt just stared at him.
