After Crocodile and the almost civil war and the feast to celebrate Alabasta's heroes, Vivi takes Nami to the baths to unwind, and also to make peace in her heart about letting Nami go, when Nami isn't aware Vivi is decided to stay in the kingdom.

"Blue hair, red nose, wide green eyes staring ahead, that’s Buggy. But Buggy doesn’t have short hair, his hands don’t struggle to close around the handle of his knives and he has never looked like he is now, with a wary gaze that follows every movements as if there's a beast ready to pounce at him. Also, Buggy isn’t an eight years old boy".
In a sudden accident, Buggy is turned into a kid. Faced with this challenge they certainly didn't plan for, Mihawk and Crocodile must deal with this problem while both getting a better understanding of Buggy as a person and deciding how they're going to move forward once it all settles.

The man scrubbed a hand over his face, fingers rasping in his beard, then stood up and dragged his chair over to Zenigata’s side of the table. Now that he was standing Zenigata noticed the telltale way his jacket stuck out at the back. There was a handgun in his waistband. A revolver by the looks of it. Best to play it cool and avoid antagonising him any further. He turned his palms up on the tabletop so the stranger could see he wasn’t a threat as he plonked the chair down and himself in it.
“I will feed you like a baby if that’s what it takes to get you to finish your breakfast.”

Zenigata can't remember his own name, never mind what he did yesterday, or even twenty minutes ago. He certainly can't remember who all these people are, but they're kind to him and that's more than enough.
What if Zenigata’s memory wasn’t restored at the end of Sweet Lost Night and the Lupin gang adopted him?

Summary
One of the big reasons Yata tried to decline going out drinking on nights like this was Zenigata wasn't so much trying to find a pick-me-up after a bad work day as he was trying to get obliterated, trying to make a dive towards oblivion and forget himself for a night by poisoning his brain with enough alcohol that he could sever its connection to that whirring emotional mess at his core. He was a big man with a powerful constitution so it took a lot of effort but when he felt low enough, like tonight, he succeeded, and then Yata had the honor of helping his large pseudo-conscious coworker make it back to his hotel room in one piece.
