Summary
Victor Creed was a lot of things. A murderer, a henchman, an animal. And now? He could add smitten to the list. The frail in question was solid but tiny and gave as good as she got. She was a little firecracker, a weapon hardened in all the same spots he was. And about to give the big man a run for his damn money. Follow along as Victor meets Ezme by chance after an apartment full of massacred drug runners has his brother Logan nosing around for answers. It's not long before Victor and Ezme are caught up in Logan's world among the X-Men. Maybe bad guys can do good after all. It took Sheldon much too long to recognize the symptoms, the patterns, the similarities between their seemingly divergent characters. He's a scientist, after all, he shouldn't have ignored the evidence.
