Summary
Danny's death was something he had no choice but to think about.
Having a portal to the afterlife open on top of you at age 14, both killing you and bringing you back to life was hard to ignore. He died and came back weird, with a pounding headache and an ache in his chest.
After getting caught by his parents and getting cut open the summer before college, Danny flees to Gotham.
No idea of what or who is waiting for him there. Or what will follow him to Gotham.
Jason was 15 and running around as the second Robin. His death was on the same day that a portal in an Amity Park basement opened, killed by being beaten by the Joker and left to die in an explosion. He came back 6 months later, mindless and wrong.
Later, he'd get back his mind, but the pits still swirled in his chest.
Now the Red Hood at 19, Jason feels like something's coming, something dangerous.
The pits shift at the thought.

The flashing colors on television had always caught Izuku’s eye. All Might’s death was only known to a few people. These two things, somehow, were related. A quick snap of a picture and the seething silence that even crows would start to caw in. The flashing lightning that was now permanently scribbled around him was what caught the television’s eye. The power, the glory—the nameless face of a vigilante gone wild.

Sometimes he hoped he did.
(or: after one for all is desperately passed on in all might’s last moments, a boy becomes a vigilante, struggling to find reality amongst the new ghosts in his head.)

Summary
The morning of his fourth birthday Izuku woke up to a pop-up from his quirk telling him he had a quest to let no one know he had a quirk at all. When he failed the quest he reset back to when it was first given...but that wasn't his only quest.
Some of the quests he was given might have seemed strangely useless at the time (why did Eraserhead need a cat?) but always turned out to be useful later on. (If only his quirk would stop trying to mess with his social life!)
Follow along as his quirk forces him to change the future, one quest at a time.

Bruce, completely devoid of any inflection, forces himself to simply state the facts in front of him. 'That is Red Robin’s two week notice.'"
