Summary
After Cain’s death and Chloe’s sudden disappearance, life feels empty for Lucifer. He drifts through his days, clinging to her last message: 'I need some space. Please.' Summary
At the end of Devil of My Word, what if Chloe wasn't unconscious when Lucifer protected her with his wings. And his wings were much more damaged? Pierce is still alive, which creates a much larger, ongoing problem, forcing Chloe and Lucifer into hiding with the Sinnerman network hunting them. When the threat reaches their friends as well, they have to work as a group to bring down the first murderer.
