Ingo and Emmet were all that was left of the legendary dragons of Unova, small pieces of the Pokemon that took on human form. Unova had moved on since then, allowing for Ingo and Emmet to live somewhat normal lives as humans. Summary
Concept: the matrix turns Orion into Prime without the council even realizing and they have to scramble to make everything he says align with the corrupt government.
They basically stuff him in a penthouse and try to filter his every appearance through their lenses knowing they can’t just disappear him and the Matrix goes ballistic if they try shadow-play.
To get rid of him and appease the rising Decepticon Empire at the same time, they propose a compromise to prevent their incoming doom and as a show of goodwill offer Op as a conjunx for Megs.
Megs accepts since he doesn’t wanna seem like a warmonger but he has no idea what he’s getting into.
Or, Optimus Prime, the Decepticon lord’s betrothed is kidnapped. The Decepticons scramble to save him. Little do they know what a Prime can really do.
