The countless times Abbadon has looped the history of this earth, and the countless times he has watched the Freelings perish despite his attempts has left him drained, both physically and mentally.
Is he willing enough to admit to both himself and the people around him just how tired he is, or will he keep on denying his exhaustion until he breaks himself?
OR, Abbadon is tired from the loops and seeds sleep and rest but doesn't want to admit it and the Freelings don't know what's wrong.

Summary

When Dib Membrane, the former boy genius who defeated the alien menace, returns to the place where it all began, he may very well find the answers he’s looking for, and a whole host of new adventures into the paranormal in the process.
Invader Zim: Emergence is a plot-heavy fanfic with a fully fleshed out, unique story extending beyond the end of canon. It explores new relationships, old fan theories, Irken culture, and mysterious origin of the Membrane family, as well as introduces a host of loveable (and not so loveable) original characters. Written by two old diehard fans of the original series, we have attempted to create a story wherein the world of this magnificent show has aged with us. We hope you enjoy!
