He had moved into the house next door about three weeks ago, and ever since the moment his mother made him introduce himself, he’s been obsessed.
Sure, the guy might be forty, but he is unbelievably fuckable. Minho doesn’t think he’s wanted to fuck anyone this bad since… ever.

Jisung wasn’t wrong, he was ignoring Changbin. It’s not that he didn’t want to see Changbin, in fact, it was that he wanted to see him too much. It was that Changbin took up so much space in Chan’s brain that sometimes it felt like he didn’t have room for anything else. Like he had to dump entire files like the names of random classmates, or the name of a song he liked, or even lunches he’d scheduled, all so that he had plenty of space to think of Changbin’s dimples, or his favorite meal at his favorite restaurant, or an itemized list of everything Changbin was allergic to.

Before Felix could respond, Hyunjin's lips slid down his neck, tracing slow, firm kisses as if wanting to mark every inch of his skin. Felix shuddered, his body reacting immediately, fingers gripping Hyunjin's shoulders.
"So even that discount..." Felix began, trying to keep the teasing in a flirty tone.
“Uhum” Hyunjin replied, but this time he lifted his face with a small pout, his eyes shining in an almost childlike, mischievous way. The gesture made Felix let out a muffled laugh, unable to disguise his reaction to the unexpected charm.
"I can't believe you gave me a 25 percent discount because you wanted to fuck me"
Felix's shower breaks and he calls the handyman to fix it.
