The alphas scent seemed to calm the more ichigo spoke with his soothing voice, combined with the scent he was omitting, cinnamon, pine and vanilla.
The bigger one, who seemed to be the leader of the pack judging by the size of him, gave Ichigo a leer, eyes travelling over the omegas form. Ichigo shuddered under the gaze, his stomach swooping in fear and hiding it behind his welcoming smile.

Kurosaki’s words hit him like a siren’s song, seductive, syrupy sweet. He felt like he’d been sucker-punched, a molten weight dropping low in his gut, and sinking lower. His eyelashes curled over heavy lids, blinking. Kurosaki was breathing just as raggedly.
It was fucking distracting.
Set during Hueco Mundo Arc. After failing to rescue Inoue, Ichigo becomes a war prisoner. Meanwhile, Grimmjow’s treading on thin ice with Aizen, and has to play nanny.

The origins of the fire seem to have been from one unit, of which the flames, thankfully, were mostly localized. The two living in this unit, Inko and Izuku Midoriya, are the tragic victims of this fire. Izuku, according to our sources, was celebrating his fifth birthday today, leading authorities to believe that a candle may have been the culprit, but it’s still too early to say. Inko’s body has been recovered, but authorities are still working to find Izuku’s. There have been no other casualties and no major damages to surrounding units. We offer our condolences to those living in the area, and to the Midoriya’s. We hope they find Izuku soon…”
Nine years after being taken, Izuku gives up hope of ever being rescued.

Bruce murmurs into the dark stillness of Dick’s pristine bedroom, “Whatever you want.”
As rich as Bruce is, Dick doesn’t think that's quite true. If Dick was free to ask for whatever he wanted, he would ask to go back to Haly’s and see his parents waving at him from the trapeze. But neither Bruce Wayne nor the Batman can make that happen, and that’s not helpful to anybody right now. Instead, Dick curls up with Bruce and listens to the steady heartbeat of his new life lull him into a dreamless sleep.
When he is nine, Dick leaves the spotlights, takes Bruce's hand and goes into the darkness.
“You mouth off to Batman like this? Or do you do this to everyone?” Slade chuckles, “Your teachers must love you.”
Robin tilts his head, “What teachers? Batman teaches me.”
“You know, the teachers at whatever godforsaken school you attend.”
“Oh.” There’s a flat tone to Robin’s response that has Slade twisting to look at him.
“You do go to school, right?”
“Uh.” Dick blinks, realizing he’s in a bit over his head. “Yes.”
“Really.” Slade says, equally flat. “Tell me when spring break is this year then.”
