Summary
I wanted to focus on Aki for this story as he’s my favourite character on the show. I wrote this really fast just wanting to see what happened and without thinking too much. I found myself drawn to thinking about where Aki might go without Audrey and Max for a while. My Akimax shipper heart comes through at the end though. :)

Summary
“I spoke to Audrey. Sounds like you had a pretty intense conversation earlier” Max said. “Yeah I guess so” Aki shrugged his shoulders and looked away from Max’s examining eyes. It always felt like Max could see into Aki’s soul or something. Looking at him, he felt recently like Max saw the parts of him that he hadn’t even figured out yet. And right now he couldn’t cope with feeling exposed like that.
Or: Aki finds the courage to have some tough conversations with Max and Audrey.

Summary
Spit dribbles down Ilya's knuckles, pushed out of Hollander's mouth with his croaked beg. Hollander doesn't look like he even knows what he's pleading for, his eyes glistening as he looks up at Ilya through his eyelashes and trembling fingers wrap around Ilya's wrist.
Ilya swallows, mouth dry and heart racing. Hollander isn't trying to guide his hand anywhere, he's so out of it that he probably couldn't even if he tried, he's just holding on like Ilya is the only thing that's tethering him to the Earth.
"Fuck," Ilya says again.

Summary
“Fuck,” Ilya breathed, staring down at where they were joined. He was breathing hard. “Look at you. Taking my whole hand.” He flexed his fingers slowly inside the incredible heat.
Shane whimpered, overwhelmed. He looked down at his own stomach. There, beneath the pale skin, was a subtle but unmistakable bulge. The outline of Ilya’s fist inside him.

Summary
Shane is used to feeling fuzzy with Rozanov. Like he’s floating higher, higher, higher. But this - this isn’t that.
Shane isn’t floating, he’s falling. Sinking down, down, down below, into darkness. It feels like there are waves crashing over his head, cold and sharp like needles against his skin, and when he does manage to breach the surface for a moment, he’s met with thick fog and a starless sky. It feels sort of like a concussion, but not. There’s no pain, just…haziness. Just a gaping, empty feeling, right in the centre of his chest.
(Or, Vegas rewritten.)
