Wolfwood sighs, and Vash flinches, kneading at the leaves beneath him with his prosthetic hand. “We should get you back. Miss Melanie is missin’ you.”
Vash can tell that Wolfwood is using her as an excuse. He knows Wolfwood is more worried than anyone else would be. Has every right to be.

Summary
An AU in which instead of Jason going through multiple teachers during Redhood Lost Days, Talia just sent him to Slade's place in Kentucky to learn from him, and she sent Damian with. All fics follow each other, I guess you could read any of them on their own, but it would make more sense to read from the beginning.
(Jason is aged up, he still died at 15 but he spends five years with the league before leaving to be trained by Slade, this is age gap but NOT underaged.)

Ilya went utterly still. He lifted his head slowly. The look in his eyes was a dark, terrifying resolve. He leaned down until his lips were brushing Shane’s ear, his voice a low, gravelly promise. “Then I’ll rearrange your organs. Make a place for it inside my alpha.”
(or, Shane and Ilya are alphas in a political marriage but now Ilya is in rut and only wants his cold, mean, older husband Shane)

Huh. Kidnapped. That’s new. If he was less emotionally dead from finals and sleep deprivation, he’d probably have a stronger and much more appropriate reaction to that.
At least he's got Captain America and the Winter Soldier to keep him company.

Summary
Sokka was never sent to guard Yue, he was too busy scouting ahead with some of the Northern Tribe warriors before the Siege. He was catch and capture being taking too Zhao's ship. He barely managed to escape with his life due Aang and a giant sea monster. Now he's stranded in the middle of the ocean with no one except Prince Zuko and his uncle for company.
Sokka should have died, if not from drowning then the burns he received from his time on Zhao's ship. But he survived. Why? Maybe the white streak appearing in his hair may have give him an answer.
Inspired by 'Will We Last the Night' by CSHfic, VSfic but with Moon Spirit Sokka AU
ie: Sokka never makes it out of the North Pole with Aang and Katara. He travels through the Earth Kingdom with Zuko and his Uncle instead.- Language:
