The hand on her knee began trailing upwards suggestively, “Apologies jiejie, let me make it up.”
Hualian go a little too hard too early on in the night so they have to find a way to accommodate. Luckily Xie Lian happens to have the best idea to solve their problem.

“Think, Your Highness,” the general walks closer, his voice a gentle caress over Xie Lian’s skin, “what can I take from you in a room like this? Where you hold no power, no strength, no escape.”
Xie Lian backs away.
“I don’t know!”
The general shakes his head, “That’s not a proper answer, try again.”
His foot hits the corner of the bedpost. He snaps his eyes to the bed, looks back at the general in front of him coming closer and back to the bed.
His heart stops.
“No…”
The general’s head dips in motion to the bed, “Do you want to take another guess?”
Xie Lian finds himself in a room with no way out after he was kidnapped in the middle of the night. He waits for the general who stole him to find out exactly what he wants from him.

Walking back into his living room with a mug in each hand, Xie Lian had to fight to keep his face neutral as he took in the state of his friend.
Mu Qing was sitting on the couch, legs tucked underneath him and half-hidden by the two blankets he’d wrapped around himself. In his arms, the man was hugging a pillow along with one of Xie Lian’s old, worn shirts. His face was barely visible over the blankets, still red and flushed - and accompanied with a glare so thoroughly pissed off that Xie Lian hurriedly pulled his own gaze away.
“Shut up,” Mu Qing hissed. “Shut up, shut up, shut up, shut up.”In a world full of alphas and omegas, Xie Lian is a beta. He doesn't really get what his friends are going through, and he's not sure if he wants to know, either.
