Summary
At the Hawkins Ball, Cressida watches as Penelope dances with Lord Debling. Crushed to have such an eligible suitor taken from her when she was so close to claiming him in front of the Ton, Cressida notices a certain Bridgerton seems equally as dismayed by the new couple.
