Summary
Soobin and Taehyun don’t meet under romantic circumstances.
They meet hunched over Yeonjun’s bed, arguing in whispers over teas and cold packs, and whose turn it is to sit with him until the migraine passes.They’re also both painfully in love with Yeonjun – and deeply convinced the other is the problem.
Until they turn towards the simplest solution.
They tell themselves it's just a distraction, no strings, no commitment, just a way to get over their shared crush – turns out that Yeonjun is a string not easily detached, and somehow they got tangled with it together, too, dangerously tight.

Summary
Beomgyu pauses when she finally looks up at who is standing at the sink.
Tall, long black hair, definitely not Taehyun.
“Soobin?”
The girl in question turns around, and her face shifts from confused pursed lips and furrowed brows to raised brows and a bright smile.
“Beomgyu! You’re awake!” Soobin puts down the dish she’d been washing and wipes her hands on a kitchen towel before fully turning around, shifting her full attention to Beomgyu. She’s wearing Taehyun’s Hello Kitty apron. It’s cute on her.
As a bear hybrid, Beomgyu’s hibernation causes her to sleep for multiple days at a time, and Soobin decides it’s up to her to take care of her.

Summary
Some background:
First, Choi Yeonjun is a third-year Dance major, close friend, and the object of his affections for the past two years (Soobin would interject, love at first sight, with disgust, though Beomgyu disagrees).
Second, this big fat crush he’s been harboring is preventing him from living his life to the fullest. College is supposed to be the time to explore, date and learn what you want in a relationship. He can’t do that when he’s only got eyes for one person.
Third, given the first two points, he’s come to the answer that he just needs to get over Choi Yeonjun.
The question is: how?
The answer: Sometimes, the best way to get over someone is to actually just date them. Or, in Beomgyu's hopeless case, ask them to help you practice dating. No, Beomgyu will not explain how that works.

"Soobin? What are you doing here?"
The man in question gives him a look. “I can hear your kid screaming from outside.”
Yeonjun’s chest aches a little, but he tries not to let it show, instead opting for a more annoyed reaction.
“Sorry,” he starts, a bit miffed, “I’ve only had her for two weeks, she wasn’t really planned, was she?”
A small smile crawls up the sides of Soobin face, and Yeonjun berates the loser side of him that’s embarrassingly charmed.
