Keith wasn't sure what to make of it: that when he awoke, his eyelids were heavy with sleep, and that Shiro was looking at him, and Shiro's ear was pressed to the pillow and his brow had smoothed out, and he'd clearly been looking at Keith for some time. Shiro's quarters had no windows, so Keith couldn't have charted the passage of time by the movement of the stars or nearby orbiting planets.
They could've been asleep in Shiro's bed for only a few moments. They could've been here for weeks. Keith realized that, in actuality, he must've slept for several hours uninterrupted. He couldn't think of a time he'd ever slept so soundly.
or: Shiro has a body again. Keith doesn't know what he remembers. A bed inside the Black Lion is almost big enough for two.

When they drop out of the hurtling nightmare of the wormhole, everything blends into nausea and the scream of alarms, the stars smearing into concentric loops outside their Lions.
Keith grits his teeth, hauling helplessly at controls that were already damaged even before they got thrown out of the hangar, across the universe and back into space again. Arms and shoulders straining, muttering constantly under his breath, he tries to get any real response from his Lion, but the connection’s been reduced to just a faint wavering spark, like a candle about to go out.
Finally Shiro brings his own Lion around and physically stops Keith’s uncontrolled spin. His voice sputters in over the com. “This is no good. We’re gonna have to find someplace to set down.”

Party Bros in love, AKA a fluffy and practical exploration of how, exactly, one would have sex with a >12' Frost Giant.
It was not as if Thor planned to end up in this situation, where he would have had to stand on the height of his own shoulders to kiss his lover on the lips, should Loki be upright. Hel, kissing wasn't even a normal affair, Loki's mouth covering much of Thor's face in the process, and Thor managing mostly to suck swollen, tender spots along the expanse of Loki's cool, blue-violet lips. It just happened, and they were learning to make the best of it as they went.
