    After the tuna melt incident, after he ran out on Ilya, after Rose, Shane is determined on righting his wrong and winning back his man. But a catastrophic and nearly fatal accident on the ice threatens to put a pin in Shane’s plans indefinitely.

    While in a coma Shane finds himself confronted with the question, what if he didn’t run out on Ilya that day? What if he stayed? What follows is them coming to terms with their true feelings for each other, taking care of each other and a series of events that is basically a speed walk through the obstacles in the way of them and the life they want to have with each other.

    Includes a lot of (inaccurate) medical stuff, Yuna and David being supportive parents, Hayden and JJ being supportive friends and an intimate but not at all sexual shower scene.
