    Summary

A golden-eyed raven was never meant to change history. Yet when Prince Baelor Breakspear sent a letter meant for his infant son into the claws of a strange bird, it arrived instead in the hands of Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen a century in the past. What began as harmless correspondence between two lonely heirs slowly became the one place where neither of them had to pretend.

Through ink and parchment, they spoke of dragons, duty, motherhood, grief, and the quiet fears they could not confess to anyone else. But alongside the letters came dreams: fragments of each other’s lives, and fragments of each other’s deaths. Baelor saw the fire and ruin awaiting Rhaenyra, while Rhaenyra saw a prince beneath a shattered helm long before she understood his name.

They saw pieces of each other’s futures, but never enough to understand the shape of the ending. Not until ink became confession. Not until loneliness deepened into love. Some loves had been written in the stars, but how could two souls bound by dragon dreams survive a century that refused to hold them at the same time? And if saving the other meant unraveling the future itself, which of them would dare to break the clockwork of history first?

    Summary

Prince Baelor Breakspear survived a blow that should have killed him and woke into a life that did not feel like his own. Dragons still lived, Vermithor answered to him without hesitation, and the court behaved as if nothing was wrong. At the center stood Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen, his wife of more than ten years, a woman he knew only from history books who watched him with the care of someone afraid to lose him twice.

They blamed the injury for his confusion, but Baelor began to notice fractures no one spoke of. His sons clung to Rhaenyra as their mother, Maekar avoided certain truths, and Rhaenyra seemed to know more than she should about his memories and the realm itself. The more time he spent with her, the more he felt that his survival had not been a miracle but something deliberately preserved.

As familiarity grew into affection, Baelor wondered if he was simply recovering from a wound or trying to understand a world that did not quite fit him. If this had always been his life, why did it feel borrowed? And why did Rhaenyra love him with a certainty he could not yet remember earning?

In which the Gods do not believe the Targaryen Dynasty should have ended by the hands of Jon Snow.

And they give Rhaenyra Targaryen a chance of changing the future. By reviving the Dragons two generations before Daenerys Targaryen. And potentially saving Baelor ‘Breakspear’ Targaryen from a timely death.

Or, I saw too many Baelor x Rhaenyra edits on TikTok.

    Summary

History remembered its villains more faithfully than its victims, and Rhaenyra Targaryen became both. She was meant to die in dragonfire and her name was reduced to ash and warning. Instead, she awakened in a future that called her nothing more than the Pretender. At the Ashford Tourney, she moved unseen among the descendants of her house and watched the lives built upon the ruins she left behind.

There, she met Baelor Breakspear, a prince shaped by duty and bound to the history that destroyed her. He knew the stories written about her but not the truth of the woman before him. Least of all when she struck his nephew and almost fractured his father’s fragile peace.

When violence shattered the fragile peace, their paths intertwined and neither could step away. How could a prince rule a peaceful realm while being haunted by a queen he could not claim to know? And when duty demanded distance, why did he hesitate?

    Summary

Baelor Breakspear died beneath a summer sky, struck down in a tourney meant to celebrate peace. The songs called it noble, the histories made it simple. He had expected darkness, but instead he woke to dragons, to salt and smoke, and to a past that should have already turned to ash.

On Driftmark, he found Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen not as a distant legend, but as a woman standing at the edge of her fate. He knew how her story would end and what it would cost her, yet his presence began to change the course of it in ways he could not fully control. The closer he drew to her, the more uncertain everything became, including the life he once belonged to.

If he rewrote her fate, what would remain of his own? Would the future that held his family simply disappear, or had it already begun to fade the moment he arrived? Was he meant to save her, or was he only delaying something that could not be undone?
