Summary
The right eye of light and the left eye of darkness at first were an unique power which controlled the events on Earth and the fate of living beings. Then this power was divided into two pieces: the two eyes of the world. In this way, anybody could choose their own destiny and the eyes jobs were about to mantain the balance of the world.

Summary
On the way to the R.P.D, Carlos gets separated from Tyrell and was forced to take another route to police station where he meets Leon. Leon joins Carlos on his mission to rescue Dr. Bard who has the cure to save everyone Raccoon City.
While trying to save Carlos from an ambush from Nikolai, Leon gets infected with a modified strain of the T-virus. However, the virus had an unexpected effect on Leon.
It turn him into an Omega in heat.
Carlos makes it his top priority to protect the young rookie from hungry Bioweapons hunting him down while suppressing dangerous urges he developed after meeting Leon. However, Bioweapons aren’t the only who want Leon.
Basically, if Leon arrives at the R.P.D at the sometime as Carlos
