Summary
Jing Yuan masterfully plays off a snort of laughter as a cough. "A disciple? Lady Fu, with all due respect ... I believe I have very little to offer in that regard. Despite being trained by a sword champion, I am hardly even a passable swordsman, in my own estimation ... and I certainly lack the accolades typical of someone who's held the position of Arbiter-General for this long a tenure. I am merely an old man who has managed to fail upwards." A pause, and then he adds more softly, "It would be unfair of me."
Or: Jing Yuan takes on a pint-sized disciple in spite of himself. It is everything and nothing like what he had expected, all at once.

Summary
Venturing into the desert after runaway thesis students is, unfortunately, a normal part of Cyno's job. The same can't be said of Alhaitham, feeble scholar extraordinare, and yet he's here anyway. It's an addition Cyno doesn't need, no matter how helpful Alhaitham can be, but though the company's better than expected, the complications only get worse from there.

Summary
“You’re in love with the General Mahamatra?” blurted the Spantamad sage, the moment the door had closed.
He was supposed to be a sage. If Alhaitham had any ambition, he would have despaired.
It sneaks up on him like Cyno did, the realisation: that Cyno had made a place for himself in Alhaitham's comfortable life, and had turned it into a home

Summary
Oikawa Tooru knows that he’s thought to be impulsive, scheming, and overall unreasonable by many of his peers and friends.
He also knows that for a solid 10% of the time, it’s not true.
But when he's faced with a (pretty) naked stranger standing on his balcony, criticizing his already-dead plants, and claiming to be the human incarnation of Spring of all things on a Tuesday morning, he’s almost certain that no one would blame him if he lost his mind for once.
Or, where we take the nickname “Mr. Refreshing” to a whole new level, because this is that unnamed au where Suga is a literal season and Oikawa is a stressed out photography student with too much shit on his plate.

[5/02/16, 3:50:34 AM] Tsukishima Kei: I bet you’re snickering at that, wherever you are.
[5/02/16, 3:50:53 AM] Tsukishima Kei: But, it keeps hurting and I don’t know why and it feels like shit and I know you could tell me why, but you’re not here and I would really appreciate it if you’d just wake up.
[5/02/16, 3:51:02 AM] Tsukishima Kei: You’re laughing at that too, aren’t you.
[5/02/16, 3:51:10 AM] Tsukishima Kei: Dying is probably up there in the list of top ten shitty things you’ve ever done, and you’ve done a lot of shitty things.
