It was so strange; everything she used to tell herself was up in smoke now. She was begging. Fucking begging. Mikazuki felt like porcelain, pieces of her slowly cracking, the immaculate white shattering into a million pieces while the golden blood she’d been cursed with filled the crevices. Beautiful, but also broken.
“I’ll be good!” Mikazuki promised, her face pale and weary. “I promise I’ll be good! I’ll do whatever you want!” She was babbling nonsense now; between the blood-loss and the agony, there wasn’t a shred of sanity left in her mind. “I’ll be a better daughter, the heiress you wanted. I’ll be good, I will love you like I should.” A single tear rolled down her cheek. “Dad, I love you. Please.”
And like a delicate porcelain doll, Kinzoku Mikazuki cracked.

Summary
The war was over.
The actions of Sakura and the rest of Team Seven lands them promptly on the losing side against the moon goddess. Yet the world doesn't end and life continues.
On her end, Sakura Haruno was doing just fine living her life day by day pretending there wasn't a woman shaped boogeyman looming over the world.
Until one fateful day, when the goddess issues a challenge for the world, and Sakura ends up assigned a mission which will flip her world upside down and directly challenge her morality and beliefs.

This sinking feeling won't leave her alone. Sakura hears the cries of agony in her ears, and its a voice she can only recognize as herself; yet completely foreign. She delves into a world unknown to her, and suddenly, reality becomes unclear. But there's a bone-deep, lingering hope. Itachi, the name she knows, but not from where. In her dreams, he looks at her like a wounded animal; someone to pity. But she knows that it's all a ruse. The dreams get worse, and soon, they are no longer dreams. She can't leave this reality. And maybe she is a wounded animal to pity; but when it comes to survival, like a lizard, she'll sacrifice her own tail to survive.
Meanwhile, Konoha is in fear, as a great darkness creeps upon them. Disappearances, and gruesome deaths make everyone fear for the worst, but Shikamaru takes the brunt of it all. When life gives you limes, It's hard to make lemonade.
(In which Sakura can time-travel in her sleep, knows things she shouldn't, and maybe sleeps too long. Shikamaru realizes everything is connected; suspicion ensures.)

In a world where the survival of the unfortunate individual relied on wit and circumstances, (Y/N) (L/N) was used to being called ungrateful by people who thought their pseudo-kindness deserved recompense. She did not take anything for granted, but that was not to say she was naïve enough to forget everything had a price. Point in case - her body was the price. She still charged for it.
Levi Ackerman would rather have his limbs rot than look at her face. Somehow, he is forced to. Day after day after day after day after day until... it snaps. But attachments are a mistake and what do prostitutes and soldiers know about love? Moreover, when one is everywhere a prisoner and the other knows nothing but icy professionalism? So it happens that (Y/N) (L/N) is saved by a man she doesn't trust. To him, she'll never say "thank you". Her preferred mode is "I am sorry".

Summary
Book II
Haruno Sakura made a promise. Looking into the eyes of her shishō and the reanimated Hokage, she took on the most important mission of her life.
Now, she's back to the past; she has already managed to somehow save Konoha and the Uchiha clan from Shimura Danzō's nefarious activities, but her work is not done yet.
Oh, no. She has a War to prevent.
Life goes on and Sakura has to keep weaving her way through the shadows of her new reality. She's glad she has friends to help her along the way.
