“Ha Ha. Very funny Ben. You know that joke gets old after the 50th time you say it.” Johnny answered for Peter, seeing how bright red he had gotten at involving his recent weight gain into the conversation.
“Alright, alright. Cheap shot” He said setting Valeria down, followed by Sue and Reed stumbling in.
Valeria meanwhile did what she had been doing every time she saw Peter for the past several weeks; immediately begged to play Pokey. Peter had to gently pry her digits off his leg after drying his hands. “No Honey, My stomach is not feeling very well at the moment. Maybe another time?” He said, patting his abdomen for emphasis.
Valeria stomped her foot, “But there’s not going to be more time!”

“An inheritance pattern.” He corrected.
“Whatever it may be,” she smiled, “it suits him, doesn’t it?”
Hohenheim remained quiet for a moment before glancing at her. She had gotten good at reading Van and the tragedy in his skin, bracing for the question before it came.
“…And you’re not ashamed of it, Trisha? The ailments the past in your blood has brought to the surface?”
“Of course not,” Trisha responded softly. She reached over and took her son from him. Running the pad of her thumb over the sleeping babe’s face, she laid it on the soft swell of an infant cheekbone. In the bowels of sleep, Ed cooed, resettling against her bare chest with a wet smack of his mouth. What a hungry little thing. “The story our blood tells is not ours, dear. The love of our ancestors does not make monsters.”

Summary
The straightforward Fullmetal Alchemist x Ranma 1/2 crossover that seemingly no one ever thought of before! Jusenkyo is a place in Xing, while Nippon (name may change when I think of something better) is an island off its east coast. Edward and Alphonse end up at Jusenkyo several months before the events of the manga's chapter 1, and at the same time as Ranma and Genma. Edward falls into the spring of the drowned girl, while Alphonse falls into the spring of the drowned capybara. And though Edward and Alphonse soon part ways with Ranma and Genma, this encounter definitely has some consequences.
Primarily focusses on the Elric's journey in Amestris and how these canon events change, with Edward in particular gradually realising just how much she actually enjoys her new form. Ranma's side is shown in brief snippets, at least initially.
