Summary
The girl and magic staff were nowhere to be seen, instead a fine layer of blue, shimmering dust covered the ground. In the center, where Red Hood and Nightwing should have been, was what looked like a pile of yellow and black fabric until it started shifting and moving, revealing itself to be two human forms.
Tim stopped dead in his tracks, nearly slipping in the dust, causing Robin — who was apparently right behind him — to crash into his back.
Robin mumbled a few curse words directed at him, but stopped short when he saw what was in front of them.
It was two young boys, both with messy black hair, both covered in a fine layer of glittering blue dust, and both wearing the old Robin costume. It was Dick's design, the brighter one, closer in color to what the Flying Graysons had worn, and with a startling lack of pants. But it was the one that Jason had worn too.

Or, Dick and Jason get de-aged by some magic, assumptions are made, and those assumptions are very, very wrong.

"YOU GOTTA GET OFFICER GRAYSON IN THERE!" He exclaimed, practically vibrating in place. "CAN YOU IMAGINE!? A COVERPAGE OF OFFICER GRAYSON! IN CUFFS?! IN THE BACK OF HIS PATROL CAR?! WASHING HIS PATROL CAR??!! YOU'D MAKE MILLIONS!"
Now it was Nathan's turn to cringe with a sheepish smile as he admitted. "We, uh, actually tried that last year."

Summary
And finally, at one point between their discussions, the dam is broken because Batman is so young and still doesn't know how to trust, and Superman is God among men and therefore a threat, and maybe that was the first but certainly not the last. Because Spyral tore something that had been in pieces between him and Bruce for a decade, and he can no longer pretend, no matter how much he loves the man, that his hits didn’t hurt something deep inside him.
Or: Bruce hits Damian, and the last strip in Dick is broken. Dick is done with Batman’s shit. -

"What do you mean you're not going?"Dick clears his throat, not bothering to turn away from the screen. “I have an early day tomorrow.” Dick purses his lips together, which Tim watches through the reflection in the monitor. “Besides, it’s, uh, too cold.”
Jason bellows a laugh at that, plunking his helmet down onto a table. He saunters over to puts a hand on the back of Dick’s chair, supporting himself as he continues to laugh.
“Are you shitting me, twinkle toes? Too cold?” Jason wipes a fake tear from his eye. “You literally wore underwear outside for years. I think you’re immune to the cold.”
Laughing awkwardly, Dick rubs at the back of his neck, titters, “Yeah, I guess it’s just that old age.”
