Summary
She should have known nothing good would come of all this. This is just what happens when you scheme with the guy who suspiciously slipped you a note during a murder, not minutes after you enter the gates. In the most suspicious hold in Skyrim. In the middle of the night.
Nim looked around at the few prisoners in the large main room as they stared at her. The one by the fire seemed unimpressed, and she’s pretty sure the orc over on the side actually snickered.
Wonderful

“Borkul the Beast?”
"Madanach's guard. Big, even for an Orc. Heard he ripped a man's arm off and beat him to death with it. He's old-fashioned like that."

Summary
The prisoner apeared to be a Nord. A rather tall Nord, with red-brown hair, shoulders that would make an ox envious, and yellow eyes that pierced the soul. But the most terrifying thing about him was his smile.

"I just wanted to write something that reminds people how scary the Dragonborn actually can be."
It worked.

Summary
Post Season 5, in which Dot visits Gator, fixes a crummy prison system with Lorraine's help, and introduces Scotty to an uncle she never knew she had.
With an eventual surprise guest appearance and flashbacks and backstory peppered in, heads up for canon-typical violence/drama and domestic/child abuse.

Gator takes a tentative bite, then practically melts in his seat. "Holy shit," he moans as he shoves the rest of the cookie in his mouth and goes for a second. All traces of his previous glum state are gone thanks to the comforting baked goods. "These're so fuckin' good," he says, the words nearly unintelligible behind the crumbs falling from his too stuffed mouth.
Dot has a sudden, vivid memory of Roy slapping little Gator across the back of the head for talking at the dinner table with his mouth full. Apparently that was one lesson that never really stuck.
---
"No, it's not about all that," Dot clarifies. "I…I went to see Gator yesterday."Lorraine's expression turns sour. "I do hope you're referring to an animal at some petting zoo."
"I'm thinkin' you know I don't," Dot tells her. "And I'm pretty sure they wouldn't want people pettin' gators at the zoo."
