David Ilyanovich Hollander, or Dave so as not to confuse him with his grandfather — Grampy was born on July 6, 2022, a sunny day in Ottawa via surrogacy. He was born with soft brown eyes, jet black hair and porcelain looking skin to Ilya’s delight. He started walking at 1 year old, and his first word at two years old was Pah-pa which he called his Russian father. To his parents, he was perfect and to his grandparents, he was an angel. Ilya Rozanov was 19 when Ekaterina was born. Her first memories date back to when she was 4. When he was home, he would spend as much time with her as he could. He would always take her to the park, play with her, and sing her to sleep when he could. He saw the way her parents would ignore her unless people were around who would look down on them. He wanted her to have a somewhat decent childhood, so he did all he could when he was around.
She was 8 when Ilya left, never coming back
He was her safe space until he wasn't.
