Summary
Caitlyn kept up the pace as she took out monster after monster before they had a chance to fully emerge from their portal, until there should have only been a few left. But all of a sudden, she saw a flash of pink in the shadows. Voidlings weren’t usually pink. In her confusion, she hesitated only to see the creature she had been about to shoot disappear anyway. All that was left was the pink blur which, after striking the monster, slowed down enough for Caitlyn to see it was a person, a Star Guardian. From this distance it was hard to get a good look, but she could make out short bubblegum pink hair and two abnormally large fists.

Or: CaitVi Star Guardian AU where Caitlyn is a loner until one particular very persistent Star Guardian decides they'd make a good team. She is very annoyed by this and definitely doesn't find her charming or cute at all. Nope.

Summary
“Cupcake, do you want to tell me about what you’re feeling?” her own voice wavered as she asked Caitlyn this. In honesty, she was scared too, scared that she would reject her question and shut her out. Shining blue eyes stared right into hers, like they were looking directly at her soul. Even now Caitlyn was able to make Vi feel seen, which only made Vi feel worse that she’d failed to recognise the pain Caitlyn was clearly hiding.
