Summary

Jeon Jeongguk, blind and cursed from birth but marked as a dragon rider for the kingdom, has struggled for years to bond with a dragon from the Balam Range - until he crosses paths with a rogue dragon outside of the dragon king's watchful eye, and the bond is instantaneous. Suddenly, Jeongguk finds himself as the outlier with a dragon who only plays nice for his rider's sake. Summary
