Summary
"Hi, little guy. Did you bring me something today?" Jimin asks.
Jungkook nudges the pouch towards Jimin with his snout, keeping his hind end in the water.
"Oh, are these the things you collect? Did you want to show me?" Jimin asks, and Jungkook preens at the excitement in his voice. Jimin slowly takes out each item, admiring the pretty gemstones on the hair clip and giggling at the little alien figurine.
"He kind of reminds me of you," Jimin says, and Jungkook tilts his head in confusion. He doesn't think he looks much like an alien. "Very cute and small."
Jungkook huffs. Crocodiles aren't cute and small; they're scary and strong. He's a predator; even if he isn't quite top of the food chain, he's far closer to it than some tiny plastic alien would be. He'd eat that alien for lunch.

Curiosity may have killed the cat, but crocodiles are built tough. Crocodile hybrid Jungkook is certain that following his own curious nature is perfectly safe, even when it leads him into a house full of humans, the one species he's always been taught not to trust. But...they shower him with shinies and snacks, so surely these humans can't be so bad.

Summary
Jeongguk has spent a lot of his life on his own, a combination circumstances out of his control and some behavior of his that people tend to find a little off-putting has ensured that. He's never really had a place where he felt like he belonged, even now with his own apartment and job. However, a strange interaction with a customer at work sets in motion a series of events involving an immense amount of pain, feathers, a massive change in social status, kidnapping- Jeongguk-napping really, and a new sense of family and recognition that he never could have predicted. Not necessarily in that order.

It was late, the kind of quiet out when only a handful of students remained, silenced by the night's hush. He rounded the corner of bookshelves, eyes on the floor, only to stop dead in his tracks.
They were there. All seven of them. Sitting at one long table as if they owned it, which, in a way, they did.
Hyunjin’s throat tightened. His fingers gripped his notebook so hard that the edges bent. He considered turning back, pretending he hadn’t seen them, but the sound of a chair scraping against the floor cut through the deafening silence.
“Hyunjin-ah.” Chan, the student council president, gestured at the vacant chair, “Take a seat.”

"No, I know you don't like sex. But there are ways we could put you in subspace without doing anything sexual. If subbing for us is something you want to try then we definitely could."
Jeongin stared at him. "What?"
"Jeonginnie, did you think BDSM had to be sexual?"
