Summary
Spinner gets an infection that no regular doctor can fix because he's a heteromorph. The league's personal medic says they are familiar with a doctor who specializes in heteromorphs that could help out. They bring him to the league's hideout after lots of convincing. Shigaraki, who was against this, laid eyes on the new medic, Natsuo Todoroki - Endeavor's son. It surprised Shigaraki to see the number one hero’s son help a league member, not to mention he was a lot better looking than he thought he’d be. He finds himself spending a lot of his time either staring at him or staying near him. Shigaraki wasn't sure what it was, but something about Natsuo drew him in. He wasn't sure whether he wanted that or not.
While Shigaraki figures out his feelings about Natsuo, another member is shocked to see him show up at the league's base. Dabi tried his best to avoid Natsuo, but failed when their main medic wasn't currently present, leaving him to go to Natsuo for an injury. Luckily, Natsuo didn't recognize him, though Dabi did get a couple of suspicious looks.

Summary
After getting burned, in what should've been his last moments, Shigaraki Tomura feels himself getting pulled back somehwere as All For One fired off a quirk to preserve itself, only to wake up years into the past, in the backyard where lied a million horrible memories, a few months before he had disintegrated his entire family. He realizes he has a chance to run away, to escape before any damage could be done.
This single thought, this single action, sets off a chain reaction leading to the now a 4 year old child stumbling into the arms of a loving mother and his Sensei's secret life outside of his villainous acts.
He thinks this is a chance to save the ones closest to him, and to find new ones. Thus, using the memories that should not be there, he sets out to take matters in his own tiny hands. But he finds that some things cannot be changed, some things are meant to be the way they are. And certain outside forces conspiring against him.There's a lot at stake.
