Summary
Stunned disbelief and/or self-righteous vindication notwithstanding, it did explain how and why the Avengers were so often thwarted when they really shouldn’t have been: Stark had clearly put Parker’s genius — and Ned Leeds' — to work for him. He had subverted the kids so successfully that even Nick Fury was reluctantly — and furiously — impressed.
Only . . . that wasn’t remotely how it happened.

“I have to talk to your father first,” he groaned, all agony. Fear gripped Rhaenyra. Somewhere far overhead, the heartbeat of dragonwings disturbed the mild night. She had no doubt that Caraxes would take her on his back. But she would never leave Syrax behind, not when her father would disinherit her or worse: banish Daemon again.
