Summary
Kaoru spends his days juggling patients, new interns, and all the red tape that comes with being a doctor. The last thing he needs is a smart-ass paramedic shoving his annoyingly attractive way into his life.
Kojiro has a different opinion, and thinks maybe Kaoru needs some saving from himself.- Language:

Summary
In his haste to make an exit—and loathe to linger in the aftermath—Dazai has never paused to simply… look. Chuuya makes an armor out of layers and layers that leave little skin to the elements; curiosity comes as natural as breathing yet he’d never dared, but now that he’s in Dazai’s lap in torn clothes and without his coats, he studies Chuuya’s face. What he finds makes his stomach twist.
Scars in the shape of the twisting patterns of Corruption all over Chuuya’s skin.
Alternatively; the night Dazai stays with Chuuya after Corruption.

Summary
It’s not that Dazai doesn’t think about sex. He’s caught himself with his gaze fixed on the dip of Chuuya’s hips in the past. Chuuya, the unstoppable force of nature that found no qualms in introducing himself to Dazai at fifteen. Dazai, an unmovable object, with an entourage of fake friends and a silver tongue.
Chuuya, pretty with a sort of anarchic beauty you only find on otherworldly creatures; ethereal in ways no deity could dream to rival. Chuuya, loud and foul mouthed, just and compassionate. Also the greatest pain in Dazai’s ass.

Summary
“What the hell,” Satoru pants when the dust settles. His blindfold is torn open, blue eyes like glass refracting the low light. “I thought—I knew—but it wasn’t.” He stops. “It’s you.”
“It’s me,” Suguru offers softly. “Who else.” Who else would make the jump. Who else would follow you.
Or: After expelling Kenjaku's soul from his body, Suguru breaks into the Prison Realm to retrieve Satoru.
